How to update my registered email address ?
If you have access to the registered email address, here’s how you can update your email address:
On the client portal (browser)
1. Log in to the client portal.
2. Locate the “profile” tab in the menu.
3. Choose the “security management” option.
4. In the security management area, look for the section labelled "email address".
5. To change your email address, click on the “modify” button next to the email address section.
6. If you have activated the 2FA feature, enter the verification code from your authenticator app.
7. Click "send code" to receive an SMS verification code at your registered phone number.
8. Enter the verification code.
9. Input your new email address.
On the Vantage app
1. Tap on the profile tab.
2. Select "security" and then choose "Email address".
3. If 2FA is activated, enter the code from your authenticator app.
4. Tap "send OTP" to receive a 6-digit SMS verification code.
5. Enter the verification code.
6. Input your new email address.
Important note: For account security, withdrawals will be restricted for 48 hours following an email address change
